Plumbing: Are hot and cold supplies functioning properly, are all the taps and drains operational, and is the water pressure sufficient ?
Heating and Ventilation: Are the air ducts properly constructed and sealed ? Is the furnace performing efficiently ?
Insulation: Insufficient insulation and ventilation in the attic and can result in higher heating and cooling bills.
Kitchen: Are the exhaust fans functioning properly ? What is the condition of the cabinetry ?
Smoke Detectors: Are there enough detectors in the house ? Are they all functioning properly ?
Windows and Doors: Do all windows and doors open and close as intended ?
Deck: Are the decks, stairs, and railings structurally sound and safe to use.
